Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Details:
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping.
- Express Shipping: Customers can request express shipping by sending us a direct message on Instagram. Extra shipping charges will apply for express shipping.
- Shipping Locations: We ship all over India.
- Shipping Times: Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of placing the order.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges apply, but we provide free shipping for orders above Rs. 999.
Return Details:
- Return Period: Customers are eligible for a replacement only if they receive a damaged product.
- Conditions for Replacement: Customers are not required to return the damaged product but will be provided with a replacement. For personalized items, replacements are provided only if the customer received a damaged product and a 15-second video of unboxing the damaged product is required for a replacement.
- Initiating a Return: Customers can initiate a return by emailing us at happystrings27@gmail.com or happystrings0906@gmail.com, or by sending a direct message on Instagram. Customers must include their order number and a description of the issue (including the 15-second video, if applicable) in their message.
- Shipping for Replacements: We will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement product.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any products.
